Online Orders

Most Manufacturers have the products in stock.  When a Manufacturer faces a “back order” the product is placed in line to be shipped once complete.  There is always an estimated time on patio furniture and associated outdoor living products so please check the ETA list on the product description.

The total delivery time for your order is calculated from the time your order is placed until the time you receive it.  

Pre-Ship Processing Time is the time it takes from when you submit your order to when the product leaves the Distribution Center. This time is needed for products that are shipped to you directly from our manufacturers. The manufacturers need this time to fulfill your order and, in some cases, custom build the product.

Shipping Time is measured from when your order leaves the Distribution Center to when it arrives at its destination.

In Store Orders

Product is either in stock at the store or has the lead time of 1 week.  Most of the manufacturers that we have on display have inventory in stock.  In some custom situations – we will have lead times of up to 4 weeks but we work closely with the manufacturer to keep these lead times to a minimum.

Once you have ordered the product in the Warehouse, the orders are placed and picked up during the week.  The orders arrive by no later than Thursday of the following week and you are able to pick up your order on Friday-Sunday.

Professional Delivery

Immediate same day delivery is available by our professional independent delivery companies if the product is on the sales floor or is an island. If we have it – you will get it the same day.  (if complicated installation is required like a crane or specialty installer, delivery times may vary)
